Colorado River Pedestrian Bridge
This bridge over the Colorado River, built in 2012, is located behind the water treatment plant on Maple Street. It connects the Community Park with Pioneer Park Campground and River Walk linking the various amenities of each park. Enhancements include functional landscaping to blend enhancements to adjacent ‘riparian protection areas’, signage, environmental education, and solar lighting.
There is excellent snowshoeing, cross country skiing and hiking in the park during the winter months.
Parks are dog friendly. Leash law in effect! Please clean up after your pet.
