Campsites are now available to reserve! Just scan the QR code, or go to this link to reserve your spot.  The QR Code is also posted on the bulletin board at the entrance to the campground where you can get a campsite on the spot, if you would like.  Beginning May 21st, our camp host will be on site to answer any questions or concerns you may have, but until then, please call the number listed on the bulletin board if you have any issues.

The Town reminds all campers that high water could be a possibility at any time as river levels may flood banks.  Please use caution around the river and be aware of your surroundings.  Campers are also reminded to be aware and properly store food as not to attract any bear friends!

We are no longer accepting cash payments, check payments, or ACH payments. Credit card only, please.  Pioneer Park has a 14-day maximum stay.  Thank you and enjoy your camping experience!

A free disc golf course is available for all visitors to enjoy! Laid out along the Colorado River, the course is well marked with a variety of tight and open holes. 1 course and 18 holes total.  Put name and phone number on discs.  Please return lost discs to Town Hall.  See map below

Location – From downtown Hot Sulphur Springs near the post office, proceed west on Grand Avenue over the bridge across the Colorado River and turn left or right into the 80-acre park.  The South portion of the park is within walking distance to the hot springs resort and town restaurants, motels and shops.  Do not be alarmed – Wildland training for local fire departments may occur in the park from time to time.

Amenities – Fishing, hiking, mountain biking, picnicking, wildlife viewing, disc golf course, port-a-potties, trash receptacles for campers, numbered camping sites with campfire areas and picnic table.  During the winter months there is excellent snowshoeing, cross country skiing and hiking in the park.
